I have been back from my trip from the Outer Banks for nearly a week now, and I haven’t had too much time to think back, as I’ve been very busy since I’ve been back, but I have had a little time. I had a great time meeting 6 other wonderful individuals are pursuing similar paths such as myself. We we’re able to dive a little deeper into our businesses and help each other out as well as make some friends!
My main takeaway is that I have exactly what it takes to be able to provide the best work for my area, all I have to do is develop the right systems to find those right fits or as a friend of mine describes them, “perfect partners.” I was so deep in my own ways, that I couldn’t realize that in my day to day, I had to step back and listen to others before I could see that!
The summit I attended is every 90 days, so that you can be ultra focussed each of those 90 day periods on getting the goals done you have set up for yourself. When I first heard that, I was in awe on how cool of a concept that is!
Looking forward to working hard the first part of this week and then setting myself up for some good family time going into Wednesday and Thursday.
Cheers to a productive first part of the week as well as a restful and reflective rest of the week.
🔮 Inspiration from This Week
🍿 Video – DO HARD THINGS – Another year, another Casey Neistat NYC Marathon video. All jokes aside, I grew up watching this guy, and he has a very unique story telling ability every year. This year he talks about why it is important to do hard things, and he just absolutely nailed his point. Him achieving his PR this year about made me tear up.
🎬 My New Videos
- 🎥 YouTube – trapped in the OUTER BANKS – When storms rolled in and rising waters closed every way out, a new group of friends had no choice but to stay, stranded in the heart of the Outer Banks. What began as an obstacle turned into an awakening, where the wild nature and quiet charm of the islands revealed a world they had never slowed down long enough to see.
- 🎥 YouTube – Digital Curb Appeal: Transform Your Online Presence to Attract More Clients (AHBA Lunch & Learn) – We had the privilege of presenting at the Ames Home Builders Association Lunch & Learn, where we explored the concept of “Digital Curb Appeal.” In today’s digital-first world, your online presence serves as the front door to your business. We shared actionable strategies to help businesses improve their first impression, attract new clients, and stand out to potential customers in 2024. Thanks again to the AHBA for having us!
